MCR is back for its 11th year running, broadcasting on 87.9FM to East London, one of the largest Muslim communities in the UK, and online to the world. MCR promises to bring the most dynamic, informative and entertaining mix of programmes this Ramadan. We aim to start broadcasting 31st August up to 1st of October 2008, covering the entire month of Ramadan.
A sample range of our programmes will include, shows for women, run by women - children's show, current affairs show, Fiqh sessions, drive time, quizzes, Bangla programmes, youth programmes and light entertainment programmes!
